The Easton Art Affair is one of Ohio’s premier Fine Art/Fine Craft shows. Easton Town Center, the “Entertainment Forum” of Columbus, is visited by over 68,000 patrons per weekend, making it's streets the perfect setting to showcase this outstanding outdoor event. We are excited to be presenting our 11th prestigious show advertised through newspaper, radio, on-site promotion and direct mail. Our location, marketing and advertising are aimed specifically at your customers.

• All exhibitors will be located in the popular South District of Town Square
• New show hours per exhibitor request.
SHOW DATES / HOURS:
June 25 - 27, 2010
Friday: 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Saturday: 11:00 am – 9:00 pm
Sunday: 11:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Applications accepted: 100
Application deadline for jury: (March 15, 2010) Exhibitors will be accepted after jury date according to category openings.
Acceptance mailed: March 24, 2010
Show fee: $300 for 10 x 10, $600 for 20 x 10
Deposit required: $50 with application (refundable until April 15, 2010)
Do not send full booth fee til acceptance. Balance must be paid by check or money order
Balance due: May 15, 2010
SET-UP: Thursday night 9:00pm-11:30pm, check in at 8pm, and Friday 9 am – 3 pm – all oversized vehicles must set up Thursday night.
AMENITIES:
• $2,000 in cash awards
• RV parking available
• Easy booth-side set-up and tear down.
• Electric provided at no charge to exhibitors for demonstration (water fountains, lamps, etc.).
• Full-color promotional mailers and handouts provided upon request.
